If big Oil recognizes itself as buggy whip manufactures in the age of the Model T, and that a major transformation is required, maybe we'll have a chance.
Sorry, I can't see this as encouraging unless somebody is testing to see what effects the emissions have on plant and animal health.

ReplyDeleteBiofuels are nearly carbon neutral, and if we can produce them without impacting the food supply, they will help us reduce C02 emissions.
But ozone will affect the food supply by killing it directly!
ReplyDeleteThink how much we could save if everybody just conserved! We don't HAVE to fly to go on vacations. We don't HAVE to watch big-screen teevees. That would be an excellent start, I think.
Oh, we need to conserve big time. No arguing with that.
